Dr. Matthew G. Kaufman

Matthew G. Kaufman MD, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in reconstructive microsurgery. A native of Houston, he obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and went on to complete a plastic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine. After residency, he completed a fellowship at the Buncke Clinic in San Francisco, CA, where he received additional training in hand surgery and microsurgical reconstructive procedures. He performs reconstructive procedures from head to toe for patients with traumatic injuries and complex wounds following cancer resection, as well as cosmetic procedures of the face, breast, and body.
